All tunes get a "Drivetrain Adjustment" at 120k points so STOP asking about turbochargers and engine replacements already!!! As for the tunes, you're NOT going to feel the difference unless you have been driving the Cappuccino for a LONG time and have gotten used to the MINOR sensitivity of the car. If you HAVE reached that stage, then the following applies: N-Tune - Most "slippery" Cappuccino with fastest acceleration, but slides the most on turns. A-Tune - Fast Acceleration, understeers the most among all Cappuccino tunes. B-Tune - In between of A and C Tune. C-Tune - Fast CORNERING that comes at the price of acceleration.
