I would have to pick Project Gotham Racing As the whole point to the game is drive with style (drift and powerslide everywhere) to get more cars and tracks, or just put in the Nosliw as your name and get all the cars and tracks. I think it's great drifting past Buckingham Palace doing about 160MPH and speeding through the tight roads in Tokyo. One thing that also adds to the fun is the XBOX's music manager which lets you copy tracks off CD's and have them playing in the games, so being an Initial D fan I got loads of music from the show playing! A bit off topic one thing I noticed last night while playing Sega GT2002 if you Race you AE86 on a stage thats (I can't rember the name) up a windy road and back down it which is snowing and has ice patches on the road. The replay looks just like the racing in the show, other than your herdlights are more yellow than Takumi's. I will be getting a PS2 next month and will be getting games like GT3 and the like. I will also import the Initial D games too, plus others I've seen such as Kaido Battle (as we might not get them here in England). Please feel free to add them to the list too) Oh Yes please don't flame me as this is my first post. |

Not only that game has good support for drifting (note that you need to tune the cars or else you loose lots of speed when you loose grip), but many tracks have nice corners for this. And since you get such a great penality for going "off road", you have to take thoses corners, giving advatage to thoses who drift. Too bad the Xbox don't have analogic support, you can't control how much trottle you give, neighther how much braking so it makes drifting a bit more difficult. Yet if you tune the car properly, you can get some fun out of this (i suggest to tone down the camber and make the suspension softer, this should make sliding around easy and painless). Too bad you got rid of your Xbox... This post has been edited by Rayp on Jan 9 2004, 02:52 PM | ||

First time I bought a used part and it broke in the middle of the race I was wtf? I'm Glad I got rid of it. I only played Sega gt and Halo. I love the 4 wheel drift you can do in almost every corner with the fully tunned R34...SWEET! Oh the FD is great Too. |
