My friend manages the local arcade in San Antonio, and when he tried to setup the cab to connect online, it just went through a timeout feature. I was curious if anyone in America has been able to get their cab to connect online, or if someone in Singapore/HK/Philipines/Japan could help me out. Im sure it wont work, or work well, but i would like to just give it a shot. |

I remember way back some time ago during V4 where the online Japanese machines was only to the Japanese (everyone else in the world got an offline English ver), a Hong Kong arcade actually managed to get a pair, but they could not connect to the Sega servers as the machines were refused connection to the system. It's possible that it will be the same for V5 (since it's the same infrastructure) that even if you do get connected to the system, you most likely won't be allowed through by their servers. |
