No Ash = Automatically interested.

I was hoping it would follow the Pokemon Adventures story line, but it looks like it will be following the games exactly. With this and the Pokemon X/Y games coming out, I'm as excited as I was when I first got into Pokemon when I was 11. awesome.gif

Well this is quite interesting, the animation looks like it kinda draws back from the very first season of Pokemon.

And with...Red (?) as the main?! Oh me gusta.

I've heard it's only a Special tough...

Still it's nice to see Red & Blue in Anime form. smile.gif
Or was that Green?

They're both the same. Japan calls him Green while everywhere else calls him Blue. Mainly because Japan got Pokemon Red & Green version before they got Blue. Blue was released later and fixed some things such as some art work. And, our Red and Blue version over here is based off Japan's Blue version.

The Black/White Version 2 animated trailer has, is, and will always be what I think should be the standard of a Pokemon anime in animation, action, and voice acting

And everything else will still make the current anime look extremely mediocre...

I'm extremely excited for this. I haven't really been into the anime since like Pokemon Season 3 so this looks super sweet.

My thoughts exactly. I stopped playing the games after Heart Gold and Soul Silver. And I stopped watching after the Hoenn League. I still keep up with some Pokemon news, but I guess I've just outgrown it. This is a really great looking throwback! I can't wait to watch it! I'm starting to feel young again. happy.gif

It's going to be 4 episodes and been the standard length for each from what I know it's sounding so hype!

Hey thanks for sharing I didn't know about this. This reminds me of my youth when I was playing Pokemon Red and watching Pokemon on Kids WB haha

I skimmed through the parts earlier. Waiting on subs. But holy crap was that part freaky. Pretty realistic in a way too, for it to scream in pain, compared to just screaming their name 24/7.

I didn't think it would be possible, but I actually got teary eyed during the Lavender Town part when it showed the Cubone/Marowak scenes. I never thought much of it during the games, but Origins really goes into depressing detail about that scene.
