Swung through here because the arcade I usually frequent managed to get their hands on an IDAS3 setup. It's in Mall of the Americas at Final Round Arcade. If you haven't been to that mall since ~2008, the arcade was bought out, cleaned up and pretty much made awesome by the new owners. Just this week they snapped up an IDAS3 somehow, cleaned it out and fixed it up. The card readers aren't working yet, but they are working on getting everything done. Feel free to come by and check them out and leave some feedback, the owners (Angel / Nelson) would love to hear from you. |

I am looking for ideas on what the rules should be. We're throwing around the idea of potentially making it a 2v2 deal, with uphill/downhill specialists. Maybe also do singles. That said, we also finally have working card readers and a bunch of cards in both machines. We're super stoked. We just need better (new) optical cables to completely squash the weird lag/jumping issues on the second cabinet and we'll be totally good to go. Swing through! |
