I've had many cars since then and only recently made another Type R and Evo IV. |

IDW Member Group: Members Posts: 19 Member No.: 26,520 Joined: Sep 13th 2007 Location: Update Profile | V. 2: My first time playing the game, got an 86 Levin (White, D-Tune, Heart). I loved the AE86s back then, and figured I'd be unique by getting the 86L instead of the 86T. I was inexperienced with the game and figured that since the 86T was so good, its sister car would be too. Needless to say, I found out otherwise. Still kept it, and loved it, but it got eaten alive by the DC2s. V. 3: Technically, my 86 Levin I transferred over, but my first new car was an ER34 (Dark Blue, A-Tune, Alyce). I wanted something that was overall good at my favorite courses (Akagi, Sho, Tsuchi, Iro), as well as relatively unique (not an 86T/FD/RX8/EVO4 in other words), and the ER34 suited those needs well. Of course, I found the startup made it worthless at Shomaru (except for TA's), and I got fished to Akina many a time, but it was definitely a great choice. V. 4: After finding out my beloved ER34 didn't make the cut, I decided to go back to my roots and get a new 86 Levin (White, Heart). Far better than in the old days, but kinda weird to no longer be the underdog. |

IDW Member Group: Members Posts: 17 Member No.: 37,488 Joined: Jun 9th 2011 Location: Northfreshest | When I printed my first card it was my White Mazda RX-7 Type-R. I remember it was the first time any of three friends whom I discovered Initial D with had played and they all decided to go with AWD cars. One chose a Skyline, another an Impreza, and the last a Lan. Evo!! They in turn took raps at me for picking the "Miata" (which I later found ironic when I became aware of he existence of the Cappucino) and thought their choices were far superior. My RX-7 to this day is the car I am most comfortable driving, as well as being the car which holds the highest score out of my cards. |

Nowadays I'm mostly a Lancer Evo driver |

Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas' IDACv3 machine didn't issue cards, so I don't have one. I just played as the AE86 every time I played, because I really liked the car. The show seemed to glorify it in the first episode. And they did a good job of doing so. |

I never imagined there would be any differences in the cars, and R34s were the only "race cars" I saw in the streets back then, so I thought it would only be appropriate to buy a "race car" in a "race game" and bought an automatic transmission R34 in the end I lost the card |
