Two words. Wall Rape.

V4's physics are quirky in the sense that in Iro when you slide your car against the inner wall, you dont lose much speed. The concept is that you turn early enough so that your car does a complete 180 as it reaches the apex of the turn, holds the apex for a split second, and then slingshots out at the speed it went in, give or take a few Km/h.

Nothing to it but practice, really. Brake a little bit to avoid the accel penalty coming out, but your foot should either be on the brake for a second, or on the gas at all times.

A small car like a Cappucino would give you an advantage. It's size makes it less susceptible to smacking the outer wall.

oh okay so you just tap the brake a little just before the turn and is making cappucino worth it, i've heard it is rather slow in a straight line but i mainly play irohazaka so i'll probably get one happy.gif

That's about right. You'll probably have a lot of trouble with iro spitting you out of a corner in the outside too much, or you'll reverse yourself.

Battles are won in the corners in ID. Keep at it, and I'm sure that one weakness will only show against accel monsters. happy.gif

i usualy brake hard before a turn comes up so i am 100% sure of no understeering but braking take a while to learn. just keep practicing and you will discover new things on the course.
