nothings good or bad... the time of turning is just different.

the common thing to say is, birds eye veiw people suck and are noobs.

while inside people are pro.

but all in all outside veiw sucks, i perfer inside all the way.

The main problem with the out of car view IMO is that you can't see what's directly in front of your car... Making it slightly more difficult to judge the timing of the turn (especially if you're used to the in-car view), and it also makes it slightly harder to take a good line.

There are quite a few 3rd person experts out there though, I bet.

I've been playing first-person view (the inside) since IDAS3.

V4 is no different, since my driving from the former (along with the adjustments to the new physics engine) carries over. Turning is a chore at third-person view.

I only play third person in WMMT2, since you don't really have to turn much except at Hakone.

BUMPER (Inside/1st person view) cam is better IMO because it's hard to judging a corner using 3rd person view.

I play whatever is the stock view.. usually cause I get used to playing the game that way and just stick to it..

I do tend to like 3rd person sometimes so you can judge how close the car is to something to make sure you don't clip traffic with the corner.

lol but anyways, the view used depends on the game.
for a game like wmmt3, many lanes, slamming, going through traffic
-3rd person view
for a game like IDAS4, double lane, concentrate on turns,
-1st person view

ok im not great at explaining but you get what i mean dry.gif

I like first person because it "feels" like you are actually driving the vehicle instead of the magnifying glass observer mode. Different views can provide different angles I suppose.
