IDW Senior Member Group: Members Posts: 78 Member No.: 25,164 Joined: Jul 4th 2007 Location: Update Profile | If you mean exterior modding, I don't think there is enough research on what parts are most effective, so go with something you like for the appearance. (A big GT Wing could be good for blocking during battles though) For interior tuning, you can go with what Braja said, start with suspension and chassis. From what I read off the web and what people are usually say, it is best to tune your car equally in all aspects, 1-1-1-1-1, 2-2-2-2-2, 3-3-3-3-3... This is so that the car will be more controllable. These are what each interior part means: Engine --> Increases top speed. (Horsepower Up) Intake/Exhaust --> Increases acceleration. (Torque Up) Suspension --> Reduces Understeer. (Increases cornering ability) Body --> Reduces penalty from hitting walls. (Toughness Up) ECU --> Reduces speed lost in cornering. (Increases cornering speed) It's up to your preference really, final goal is to Full Tune, I suppose. You might get more info on the S2K over at the Honda Thread and share your experience on the S2K there too. This post has been edited by ott on Aug 1 2007, 06:16 AM |

Advan RG's, who makes that CB hood? if I remember right, when I got to pick my exterior parts, that hood wasn't there, maybe a time released part. |

Grand Wizard Group: Members Posts: 424 Member No.: 25,288 Joined: Jul 12th 2007 Location: Stockton, California | talking about S2K's anyone notice the rear spoilers (bumper) are really REALLY over the top... the most of them are huge and look like even worst than fast and furious rice. btw step 7 engine first is probably best way to start off tuning your car as you get faster start up and that counts for a lot. IDW Special Member Group: Members Posts: 272 Member No.: 17,323 Joined: Apr 18th 2006 Location: 新之城@旺角(HK) | OMG the EG6 drives like a version 3 car.. understeer cancel doesn't do shit compared to the other cars. Even the R34 is driftier >.< I looked at the rankings for Akina DH and that is the ONLY car that cannot do 2'59" or under. In fact it's miles off... The car understeers so much and turns like an overweight hippo. |
