G25 cost USD 299.99 on Logitech homepage. But after i got this wheel, the new G27 is coming up which is better than G25:

1. More silently
2. More precisely
3. Thicker:)
4. More conveniently
5. More conveniently a pedal

I had the G25 + Playseat Evo setup on a 36" LCD and it was niiiiiiice. The problem I see with your setup is that you have to be sitting super close to the desk to steer correctly, and the gearshift is not in the correct location so it's nowhere near as realistic as it could be. Get a seat and install the wheel and stick around it.

to be honest, I don't like the way the playseat evo is designed, because having a pole supporting the wheel in the middle makes it very uncomfortable to do heel-toe

I really want a good cockpit to have full leg space like in the arcade at a decent price
if I won the lottery, I would get the vision racer 3, which is about $1000

I'm just not sure if its good quality or not

even the GT5 developer team uses playseat evos pinch2.gif

I have a few questions:
how are the quality of those seats?
does it feel comfortable to sit in it?
is the pedal platform angled appropriately?
can you adjust seat position?

Yes, of course you can adjust the seat. You can move forward/backward. At the back you can lay down to take a rest or gap it up for space. By the way, it makes me feel good to sit on. So comfortable. Quality is okay, not bad ! good leather & smooth though.

pics of pedals?
dude, you should mod your shifter next
heard that by opening up the shifter and inserting metal inside makes it more resisting
and you should mod the shift knobs too

Hieu, have u modded ur shifter yet?

I just got myself a playseat evo and shifter holder from ebay for less than $300 plus shipping, so I expect a decent setup too tongue.gif
