i look through already but no info on taipei machines!

I'm working on a video for absolute noobies who dont grasp the game, but want to learn.

Should I include it in the FAQ Pheonix, or would it work for it's own standalone thread? It's more or less a Beginner's basics that will let them beat LoTS. Thinking of making another intermediate one where the focus becomes faster times and technical aspects of a course, like gutters and whatnot.

I can include it in the FAQ as a seperate part, but I think a thread on its own is better. Your call though

hey, i'm new here and i nid some help with the game . i recently tuned my AE86 Trueno(takumi's). and this is my tuning setup. 7-1-1-1-1. my tachometer is still the same and only has a turbo And so i want to get takumi's 11 prm tachometer. you guys know how ?? the game is in japanese. so i still dunno how. thanks!

Basically, if your engine is already step-7 you cannot change to other engine anymore. You should just look for the engine that have Takumi's face. Hope this helps.

Buy a new AE86 Truneo.

thats the only option ? arghh. it would be a waste man. i didnt really know how to tune it since it was in japanese...

The majority of us that cant read japanese probably didnt know what we were getting either, unless we had the V4 upgrade list handy.

Sadly, yeah. You're stuck with buying a new Hachi, or you could be a little more unique and use what you got. There's no difference anyway. None, zip, nadda.

Hello everyone i've just join this forum and i'm just started to play V5. i use to play at puchong IOI mall.recently there's something wrong with the machine all my TA will keep moving to other course
Btw i've just pay a visit in times square today,seem like times square machine have the same problem too.i remember there's a 05 akina,akagi dh 45 by a MRS and nagao uphill too alot of 18 there hahaha

Actually Lucas, there's nothing wrong with TS machines....it is the correct set of times in the machine

wao can be that fast?lol sorry i'm still new to this game and beside the arcade here as far as i know there's no one can get those timing so i though it's the machine problem again hahaha..and by the way i just come back from ioi mall was trying out the akina,i only manage to get 15 for it. Wonder where to find another 10 second for it

ermm btw .05 in akina dhd is not consider fast coz the world #1 is .04 ... so juz chilled n enjoy IDing ... since u r new whd like to welcome U to ID world

so is confirmed tat IOI hav V5 EXP ver ... hope u guyz down ter hav some good time playing it n do remember once u have upgraded your EXP card to V2.0 u can't reused it bk on EXP ver ...

I'm gonna grab some of the FAQ's questions into video form, via another one of my AMV guides. Whom should I be giving the credits to for the data?

Give credit to the person who originally posted the data I suppose?

- second home course cars
- Avatar (accessories warning update)
- slight modifications to Battle ranks section - bar gains and losses as well as what rank affects in game since I got a lot of questions on this.

One time I went and Time Attack Nagao DH in Sunway Pyramid I swear I saw the record time was 3:05......maybe I was imagining things? I just happen to go play ID5 there once becuz my frens ajak movie there.

By the way, do you get less points per time attack in Exp 2? Cos I get around 5k each time I TA Nagao in Exp 1 Machine but when I go Exp 2 it's only around 2k.

Tuning shops every eject instead of 3 games previously.

soo err, does that mean i can tune my car everytime i play the game instead of 3 games for 1 tune in ver 1?

Yes, every game there's a tuning shop now.

yesterday i wasted RM22 on ver 1 machine at TS WTF
should have changed it to ver 2

Keep in mind that once you change to V2 you can never use the card in V1. And since you're from Malaysia, you only have two places to play if you do this.
