Well, in case nobody has figured out since last years SD Comic Con. Godzilla was in the works, and now it's ready to be brought to the world, yes, a non japanese Godzilla..

I'm sure people will notice this as well.. but there is another monster in the trailer, which sorta kills it, because.. it's a trailer, not a 2 minute spoiler-ish clip

Either way, i'm going to watch it, it can't be worse than the 90s one we saw, right?

Hmmm, Godzilla vs. Walter White, my money is on Heisenberg, after all he's the one who knocks.

Was the other monster the big thing that plunged into the ocean? I'm guessing it's Rodan. Godzilla is humongous this time, so I don't thing he's capable of knocking fighters jets out of the sky like that without completely destroying them.

That's what i'm guessing, another scene showed what appeared to be a claw like hand or something hit the ground, something a revamped rodan might do? BUT it might be some sort of new monster, who knows, all i know is that it's Godzilla and another monster, so i'm stoked.

i'm not generally one for Godzilla, but this looks like it would be pretty exciting to see.

Doesnt Japan come out with these type of movies all the time but when the US comes out they have to add well known actors. I just find the irony in it to be little bit funny.

Besides that, I see that I will watch this movie when its on FX when Im flipping channels Im very sceptical about it, regardless if there are A listers in it.

Just be aware of the hype surrounding the movie. I personally felt that it was weak compared to the hype, and I'm disappointed at how little screen time the more prominent actors received.

Dear god, I loved it, I was giddy like a school girl when it happened, couldn't stop twitching my fingers while clutching to the little box of redvines.

Gonna have to find a way to watch it again.

I thought it was good. If only they stopped cutting right away to the hooman characters for the first few scenes Big G's in. Then it would have been great.

But I have to say

that first scene of Godzilla using his atomic breath was absolutely perfect. As a fan since childhood, I had a shit-eating grin on my face. And then that Mortal Kombat-style fatality he inflicted on mama MUTO was retardedly badass. Those few seconds alone completely saved the film from mediocrity.

I will admit this, I was shocked to hear the amount of gasps and like excited inhales/noise I heard when that legendary blue aura just started appearing in that scene.

it was a pretty good movie but not too much on storyline. there was a good amount of action and they went back to a more traditional Godzilla. not that I hated the previous godzilla monster, the one where he tears up New York. Zilla had a cool design but Godzilla design is more traditional.

though this is a normal situation but its stereotypical that the Americans at some point take control of the situation. id have like to see a more balanced cooperation between USA and Japan in this most recent movie.
