For those who didn't see it, I already did another recreation of a scene from Initial D with 3ds max. Here you can see the thread:

This time, I'm planning to do a more ambitious project. It will take me more time because it's more complex and I'll work with it whenever I feel like it.

The scene I'm talking about is this one:

I know that there are a lot of scenes from the first stage that could be greatly improved, but I just like this one. I don't know if I'll do it better or worse than the original, but I'll see what I can do. I'm doing it just for fun. This is what I've got now.

This is the quality I'm achieving. I'm trying a realistic approach, although I know it could be more realistic. But I don't know what else I could improve. Anyway, I think it already looks cool, so it will probably stay this way:

worship.gif looking forward to it, liked the previous one you posted, I really wish you're the one doing the animations for 5th Stage.

One major concern is the excessive (and ridiculously hard) bouncing. Since when do cars have constantly shot shocks? derp.gif I mean, sure, you'd see some body jitter, but come on!

All in all, I'm also looking forward to the finished product.

Wow, very nice. The quality is amazing. Did you buy 3DS MAX?

However, Bunta's Impreza there is a 22B. But in the anime it's a Version 5/6 with custom bumper.
