My review:

Well, this volume of SEB is a good release with many good songs.
The only 3 bad songs for me: 2, 9 and 12.

As for the rest, they are good songs but on each of them something is missing to make them perfect. David Dima's voice & the song is very good but the song arrangement didn't make it for me. Magic Car: the vocals wasn't good enough. Nuage: the chorus sucks. Dave Rodgers: a lot of components that didn't combine together.

The best song for me is "Walking Alone In London" - not perfect but cool lyrics.

I got the SEB223 yesterday and would like to write a little review here... not really a review, I don't have the time for a extended one like last time for 222, so I'll only write down the points for each song and for some songs a comment.

01 Into The Sunlight/Dave Rodgers - 10/15
"Into The Moon" on 222 and now Into The Sunlight? You are a master of creativity, Dave. But in contrast to "Into The Moon", I like this one.
02 Tonight In Paradise/Belight - 12/15
03 Heart's On Fire/David Dima - 11/15
04 Walking Alone In London/Megan - 12/15
05 Crazy Little Love/Nuage - 10/15
I'm surprised. I'm not really a fan of Nuage's voice and her song at all. This is... really good. Thumbs up.
06 Magic Car/Powerful T. - 7/10
Well, it's better than "Kelly", but nothing special...
07 Miss You/Mickey B. - 6/10
What can I say? I love Mickey's voice but that's in most cases -like here too- the only thing I like in her songs...
08 Make Me Wonder/Lilly - 11/15
09 Blue/Rich Hard - 15/15
I'm a big fan of Rich Hard. But since "Wild Boys" I was a little bit afraid of new songs of him. This one here is finally a typical Rich-Hard-Song again! Really catchy!
10 Flying Free/Stephy Martin - 10/15
11 Amazing Love/Baby Gold - 9/15
12 Ringtone/Boris - 20/15
Boris! Yeah! I loved his first song "Shalaka Boom" and this one perfectly matches to his style. In my opinion his songs sound a bit russian-like. Probably because of his deep voice. Love it!
13 Overjoy/Leslie Parrish - 11/15
14 Tearful Eyes/Les - 7/15
15 Welcome To The Show/Tanith & Dark Evil - 9/15

All in all a high-level album in my opinion. It was totally worth it to buy that release. happy.gif

Kira, you are the only I've read so far that doesn't like Tearful Eyes at all. Anyway, we have totally different opinion. I didn't purchase this album thank god, it would have been a waste of money because it would be a waste of money. The only songs I have on heavy replay are Into The Sunrise, Tonight In Paradise, Make Me Wonder, Tearful Eyes and Welcome To The Show. The last one being the most overplayed song of all of my top 5 on this album.

I really didn't like Into the sunrise, in fact, lately I don't like many Rodgers' songs, I just miss powerful bases, recent songs just sound... weak. It's just my opinion. On the other hand I loved Tearful Eyes, although the intro sounds like Fire on the beat if you listen carefully. Welcome to the show is a nice song, although I didn't quite like listening Ennio rapping in Melo B while listenint to a Eurobeat base.

Apparently, MediaFire likes to throw errors when there's none...

I know I'm basically necrobumping an old thread, but... damn.

Nuage's song here is good enough that with some mild lyrical tweaking, it would have been a legitimate crossover pop hit, IMO...
