Instead of focusing on the hits such as the History of SEB series found on Vol. 91-99 or Lebon's Best 20 of Super Eurobeat, this series focuses on the less heard and often forgotten songs of Super Eurobeat.

I don't know why you bothered including "Dark In The Night" in the mix, since that track has appeared on more or less every Anniversary Mix since Vol. 50.

QUOTE
What is the SEB Legacy Hypermix?
A megamix under 10 minutes in length that covers some of the more popular songs of that era.

Because the mix was only 70 minutes long I decided to make the SEB Legacy Hypermix as a bonus mix to make use of all 80 minutes on a CD.

Where did you get the first soundbyte in Japanese?

There are a couple of bad mixing things in here too. There's something weird going on with Booby at 56:20ish. It doesn't sound right and seems to repeat.

I had a friend of mine in Japan record that for me.

That section is untouched from the original song so it was originally mixed that way.

Volume 4 added. The series has been renamed, rebranded and is raring to go! I hope you enjoy this one, imo it has some really great underused songs.

BONUS STAGE
The artwork for volume 4 depicts the cosplay of a famous anime character, can you name the said character and which anime she appeared in?

Yes, great mix man! As you are already at that point in the series do you plan to do anything special to tie in with Initial D?

Keep up the good work! happy.gif

Yes I have something Initial D related planned for SEB History 9.

The early Initial D era of SEB was my first exposure to eurobeat (in fact the first eurobeat song I ever heard was Night of Fire, which at the time I had believed to be an anime song since I received it on a burned CD with anime theme songs!) and has many more songs that I like (and dislike) so let's just say that it has gotten harder to narrow the choices down to just 20 songs per volume. music.gif

WOW ! why did I postpone listening to this!? ~ really really cool vibratory mix DJ T3 my friend! happy.gif

It takes guts & a gamble to kick-start a disc with a double-shot female express ~ ★

Listening to you on anything other than a 555-hp two-seater would be a major disservice to these sweet sounds! ♪

~ oh god I need an F40 to listen to Volume 7 ~

Vol. 6 and 7 wouldn't fit on a regular Audio CD.
The actuall limit for a CDDA is 79:57. In this, you have to include a 2 second overhead (before the first track). So, it's 79:55. Some would say that you could overburn and there are, although VERY rare, CDDA over 80min but those sacrificed the error protection built-in the CDDA format for those extra seconds. Not worth it, imo.

I was so stuck in the 80 minute mindset that I completely forgot! facepalm.gif

I did not have trouble burning Vol. 6 but Vol. 7 would not burn so...
The single track version is on the OP along with a revised multiple tracks link.

If anyone has problems burning Vol. 6 or Maharaja Night Disc 4 (1:19:56) let me know and I will revise the links, but I burned both of these successfully in imgburn so hopefully there shouldn't be any problems.

EDIT

I will not change the YouTube versions because you shouldn't burn CDs from YouTube videos anyways! derp.gif
