http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=8480 Just watched the first 2 eps, the show is kinda like Code Geass mixed with Macross. There's Inori, the CC equivalent of this show, and there's the music. Man the music is amazing! It's made by Ryo (Supercell). The animation is great too, also love the character design. So far a very positive impression. Insert song from ep.1.

Lol. I'll be keeping the episodes till I'm free to watch, though. So far, watched 2 episodes. Guilty Crown: G.C. Code Geass: C.G. Lol. |

But if music's done by Ryo in his original glory (Utakata Hanabi is not his best... more so since it was used in That-Ninja-Show-That-Must-Not-Be-Named-But-Everyone-Knew-Already-Anyway), then this might just be worth checking. |

whut? Group: Advanced Members Posts: 4,416 Member No.: 6,453 Joined: Apr 2nd 2005 Location: ¯\(º_o)/¯ | The show's airing on the NoitaminA block, so it'll probably be more along the lines of 22 episodes, since they only like to do 11 episode seasons on NoitaminA (Usagi Drop, AnoHana, Eden of the East, Fractale, Wandering Son, etc.) and Guilty Crown's already been confirmed to be longer than one season too. I've been watching since the first episode and it's been interesting enough to keep me going from episode to episode despite the slight genericness I guess lol. The production budget for this is so crazy nuts it's through the freaking roof. The wonders of Dat Production I.G budget, making everything so god damn pretty to watch lol Don't like the lead character though, dude's so whiny, it's almost unbearable. For eps 5
Also the Code Geass parallels are probably due to the fact that the same writing who wrote that is also writing Guilty Crown too. I havn't seen Code Geass yet, so I can't pick up the similiarities (yea i know shoot me for not seeing it yet lol) | ||

Might follow this; I really like the character design. Although I must say at this point I like Gai a little more than the others... but yeah I love the music too!!! |

Darling, won't you ease my worried mind? I really liked the first half of the show, but then it took a left turn at the intersection of Crazy Ave. and Stupid Plot Blvd. |
