well, ive been playing ID for about one and a half years now.. played maybe about once a month... im not including the year or so when I didnt play because my arcade got closed down...

but, im not sure what to get.

Its a V1 machine..

Either RX-7, Any Skyline, or a civic. [EK-9]

any idea?

i say get the rx 7

if u want skyline get the r32

get the fd3s

but, what car would be better for courses like akina?

the best car on akina is probaby the cappacino or the trueno

if u want the rx7 or skyline r32

i think the rx7 is better on akina then the skyline

Ver. 1 only has the FD.... and that was the original "GOD" car of the game. (aka like the DC2 was on Ver.2)

what tune course looks the best though?

Get an AE86. Its easier to drive than the FD from my own experiences.

Well, In the begining the FD is pretty hard to handle, but later on it's a breeze.


And get A Tune, it's the best

Tunes don't matter much... Also, I've seen arguments where it was said that C tune was as good as A tune...

I had all 3, and was running identical times...

I prefer the Spirit myself, no real reason other than I prefer it to the Type R. Is there that greater a difference between the two? I have each of them around 2 million points on V2, but I get better times in the spirit than the Type R, especially on uphill.
