Professional Amateur  Group: ADMINISTRATOR Posts: 10,568 Member No.: 30,882 Joined: Oct 16th 2008 Location: Laniakea | I've seen on some forums a feature that alerts you when submitting a post if another member has posted while you were composing your own post. Is there a way to implement such a feature here? It would be very useful when posting in extremely active threads that rely on order (*cough*threewordstory*cough*) |

It just doesn't alert you when you're actually submitting your post. |

The best way to know this, as Meteor stated, is to preview the post before you post it. This essentially refreshes the page to the most current version. You could also have the thread open in another tab/window, and refresh it. |
