At my local arcade just about EVERY one plays the integra, there are few players that play other cars but they are normally noobs and they don't really count. I started the game with a Spirit and its at close to 700k points and i cant seem to for the life of me beat anyone with it unless they are playing a non-integra car i seem to beat just about anything on any track except for the integra, And it doesnt even seem matter about points they will have just over 100k and they will still beat me... so the other day i spent like 10$ to make an integra because its the only way that i can win off of skill vs other players playing with there integras right now i have 2 loses of out like 10 games both of which came from my friend playing his skyline on myogi!(stupid myogi) does any one have any advice on how i can go about beating integra players with my Spirit? I know that the integra is strongest on both the expert courses would it be better for me to play them on one of the hard tracks?

on iro the spirit will get the jump at the start, take the mid-in-mid line without wall contact and you wont be passed unless the dc2 driver is a lot better than you. on happo and akina you probably wont be able to win unless the dc2 driver is a complete n00b or you leave boost on. on myogi, akagi, and usui the fd should win fairly easily except for myogi counter clock wise where the best driver should win.

or waz betta, kill them at their own coarse. i no the advantage is toward the DC drivers, but i drive FD too so i understand how u feel. I challenage cocky DC players *meanin ppl who challenage a R32 on iro rain!!!!!* on happro out!!! grin2.gif most players dun realli play that coarse!!! so if u no the coarse then!!! WOW! note: u want the left machine too, so u get the head start! if he is realli realli cocky, then akagi DH wet! daz one of the cheapest battle in the game!

Yeah, tell me about it. I get a 2'19 on happo out with my DC, and the day I did try to get a good time in my FC, I was nowhere near it. I drove my spirit there also and still ended up with a 2'32. It all depends on how good the driver is most of the time. I took out a DC2 on iro with me Levin, and that was because he had only been playing a month, and wasn't doing the whole turning in 4th gear thing right. He was dropping below 92 in 4th gear and would keep it there, plus all the wall slamming wasn't really helping at all.

Yeah, Akagi DH Wet sucks ass in my ITR. I mean, I can own pretty hard at just about any stage, but some courses give certain cars an overwhelming advantage.

you cant compare a downhill course and a uphill course and say which one is slower. You can try but im sorry no. Ive been able to kill some DC2s on uphill for sure, but the downhill they were quite close sometimes. Because DC2s like Akagi as well.

maybe you just suck on downhill wet. go drive a dc2 on downhill wet and then up hill wet. downhill is definitely worse.

is it so difficult to understand that the dc2 is worse on akagi down wet than it is on up wet? just like the fd is worse on akina down dry than it is on up dry. the way you compare a car on a downhill and uphill course is by comparing how it does relative to the other cars on the course.

aight if you dont believe me, ask indy. its because even if the DC2s play akagi downhill dry, no one plays it up. Thats why theyre much weaker uphill since theyve never played it. DC2s like Downhill as well. My friend who drives a DC2 can keep a good competition on Downhill wet since he plays downhill dry a lot but he cant compare jack on the uphill snice he doesnt play it. a lot of DC2s aruond here play akagi.

so just because your friend sucks on akagi uphill you assume that all dc2s suck on uphill? you have to be kidding.

Dc2's are pretty good on uphill runs, its just very rare to see them cuz everyone is stuck on downhill courses.(its cuz of the Irohazaka thing)
Integra's were the best in uphill in version one and their still good on some uphill's.but thats my opinion

The reason the integra sucks on akagi wet is because the wheekls spin. The wheels spin more on uphill than downhill

Ok, enough of this Akagi talk, the DC2 sucks ass on the 1st 3 courses wet, and that's a FACT! Up/down clockwise/counter-clockwise, whatever! The FD is the shit on the 1st 3 courses, and the DC is the shit on the last 3 courses. The DC is allright on the 1st 3, but it won't do as good as the FD and vice versa for the FD on the last three.
