- UPDATES : Animax has confirmed that Final Stage will be available on its subscription-based VOD (Video On Demand) service starting May 16th, 2014. It will continue where Fifth Stage left off. Consist of a total of four episodes, Final Stage will be focusing on the long-awaited final 86 vs 86 battle between Takumi and Shinji. [confirmed]
- UPDATES : Avex has confirmed that the New Initial D The Movie will be a trilogy. First part of the trilogy is called Legend 1 -Awakening- slated for release in theaters on August 23rd, 2014 (Japan Only) [confirmed]

Patient Zero  Group: Advanced Members Posts: 4,279 Member No.: 37,947 Joined: Oct 1st 2011 Location: Update Profile | So a friend and I were talking about Initial D the other day since she recently got into the series and is totally obsessed about EuroBeat and everything related. She mentioned to me that it would be hilarious to replace all the EuroBeat songs/clips in one episode of the series with the Star Theme from Super Mario Bros. Add rainbow filters or something like that and it would be gold.  She and I don't have the tools or the knowledge to do something like that though so I was wondering if any of the wonderful people at IDW would be able to help us make something as outrageous as this a reality. Personally, I want to see the episode from First Stage where Nakazato and is R32 first show up have all the music replaced with the Star Theme... but that's just me. |

That star theme and Back on the Rocks are both kinda similar. Well, similar to the part after the Phantom of the Opera intro and the other intro. |
