I was just wondering since initial D3, 5 and 6AA have glowing neon blue cars i was wondering if initial D4 has it? Because i remember in initial D3 you needed to be a certain battle level to achieve a neon blue glow and i was just wondering whether or not this is true for initial D4 and if so what level and where can you find it?

You mean the auras? If you're playing the international English version D4, sorry, that one dosen't have any aura at all. Only the Japanese version has auras.
