No Ash = Automatically interested. I was hoping it would follow the Pokemon Adventures story line, but it looks like it will be following the games exactly. With this and the Pokemon X/Y games coming out, I'm as excited as I was when I first got into Pokemon when I was 11. This post has been edited by Phantom_R32 on Aug 17 2013, 09:35 AM

They're both the same. Japan calls him Green while everywhere else calls him Blue. Mainly because Japan got Pokemon Red & Green version before they got Blue. Blue was released later and fixed some things such as some art work. And, our Red and Blue version over here is based off Japan's Blue version. And everything else will still make the current anime look extremely mediocre...

My thoughts exactly. I stopped playing the games after Heart Gold and Soul Silver. And I stopped watching after the Hoenn League. I still keep up with some Pokemon news, but I guess I've just outgrown it. This is a really great looking throwback! I can't wait to watch it! I'm starting to feel young again.

Now you realize every Pokemon encounter in game goes like this.

But holy crap was that part freaky. Pretty realistic in a way too, for it to scream in pain, compared to just screaming their name 24/7. I didn't think it would be possible, but I actually got teary eyed during the Lavender Town part when it showed the Cubone/Marowak scenes. I never thought much of it during the games, but Origins really goes into depressing detail about that scene. This post has been edited by Phantom_R32 on Oct 2 2013, 04:47 PM |
