I didn't really like Laputa or Nausicca or Graveyard of the fireflies. they were "good" animes, but just not the style I really like. |

It was great in the begining but the plot seemed to really slow down after that. The detail that has gone into the movie/anime was and is amazing. Especially seeing the posssesed boar in the begining. That would be enough to get anyones attention i think. I rank it a 8/10. But thats just my opinion. |

I saw the english dub, then went back and saw the original with subs, because I've grown to hate the weird American voices in animes. On a somewhat unrelated note, Claire Danes is hot. |

It was the 1st Studio Ghibli movie that I saw in Japanese. The first one was Kiki's Delivery Servicewhisch was dubbed in English. Even though it was dubbed, it wasnt that bad. Princess Mononoke was a great movie. The animation in the begining with the possessed boar was amazing. |
