I'll start with Takumi's AE86.

Original engine was a 4A-GE with basic modifications -exhaust, header, cams, etc- doing no more than 150 HP according to Ryousuke (see the beginning of the battle with Keisuke on First Stage).

The racing engine was a Group A 4A-G (no "E" because fuel injection system was replaced by carbs on these units). Ryousuke stated that these engines made around 240 HP at 11.000 RPM, anyway he also says the one into Takumi's AE86 is "modified for street", whatever that means (see Third Stage @19:40 for reference).

Talking about torque and Nm, the series doesn't give any official numbers, but keep in mind that a stock 4A-GE had 124 HP @6600 RPM and 142 Nm @5200 RPM (figures for the european version with MAP, no cat and no EGR, the one I own and the one I am familiar with... JDM version was quite similar, though).

Kyoichi's Evo III makes 350hp, as stated in third stage.

No torque numbers are stated, but since the idle seems smooth and the engine still sounds high-strung up top I'd guess no more than 264 duration cams are installed. Likely choice based on time period are HKS, which are on the more mild side. Torque is likely in the 350-360 lb-ft. range if he's still using a stock 16G turbo, which at that power level there's no reason not to be, plus the car would no longer match well with Iroha. The factory misfiring system helps reduce spool time, but certainly doesn't eliminate it; the air passages in the exhaust manifold are FAR too small to massively reduce spool time of a larger turbo, even when bored out, due to there not being enough metal around them to increase their size drastically. Even in stock configuration, you can only really expect 1-2psi maximum to be maintained in the charge piping when off the throttle for more than a second or so.

I believe Nazakatos GTR was tuned for around 380hp according to Ryosuke.

Watarus AE86 ran the same pace as the race engine 86 of Takumis, but had a big turbo, I'd say around 220-230hp. Turbo cars tend to be quicker for the same power as they usually make it across a wider power band. (as opposed to a highly tuned NA engine)

Keisuke's RX-7 FD was 350 hp and it was a Twin Turbine as stated in the First stage.
