There is no such thing as a PAL to NTSC and vice versa program.

I think I've nmight of heard of that somewhere but I guess its in my head

Aw crap! If there isn't any program then I just downloaded GT4 prolouge for no reason!

There are many programs out there that will supposedly help change the format of PAL to NTSC but I have tried MANY of them and they all are no good.

I might as well go delete the ISO now.

There are programs that do work, sadly not with GT4 Prologue though. You can get a cable that will convert the image for like 5-10$ on ebay, I thnik it's called a rgb cable? I'm sure someone will be able to correct me

Oh yes they existed, i've been using 1 program, and it really works (Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 works when i converted Pal to NTSC)

Ah? , dang, I tried 2 Games (Dej Jam : Fight for NY, and DBZ : Budokai 3) and it works, but why Prologue cannot convert...

What was the file of GT4 Prologue?

It was an ISO and I've tried burning it 3 times with the converted ISO and it still didn't work.

Tried it with my Grand Theft Auto : Vice City and San Andreas (I think thats how you spell it) and it didn't work
