I agree. It's pretty good on Irohazaka Reverse too. It's only average on Irohazaka downhill.

Anybody kno the speeds to shift into 5th gear for the specific maps?? In v3 shiftpoints they didn't post up the speeds for the maps. I have an Evo IV A-Tune with i think about 20k points....if that matters.

For CN9A I Use:
6000->6500->7000
156 On Myogi,
147 On Usui (or 155), Shifting to fifth early helps in battles)
142 Akagi
146 Akina
133 Happo
114-116 IRO
128 - Tsu IB, 130 Tsu OB
103-105 Shom.
130 Akina Snow UH, 132 Akina Snow DH

Right now my evo is A tune but I started to change the parts. It now has the monster hood, trunk/wing and exhaust. it actually helped me run better on iro.

Yeah.. After all the parts are installed on Tune A, I had the choice of changing parts to the monster parts I listed above.

The exhaust I think increased my acceleration in the low gears.
Don't know or really feel like the carbon trunk/wing and carbon hood changed much though.

Does a car really increase it's abilities by alot with more points?
Like I said above, I have about 200k right now.

your top speed should increase when you hit 500,000 and 990,000 that should be the only thing that is a noticeable change

I chose the VII because out of the available ones, I liked it the best in way of looks compared to the III and IV that were available in V1. Back in the day of V1... nostalgic..

So anyways... are the best parts the monster parts for the VII?
What about tires? Can't remember which I have. I think the RalliArt right now. Is that good/bad?

evoVII's shift points are

6--->6.5--->7---->7.5 i think i got C tune.. with the CF front and back(which made it pretty unsightly cuz u cant see the EVOLUTION VII words anymore... dry.gif )
it's really drifty but it's 4th and 5th gears are it's main assets... happy.gif
