Finally going back to its roots and from what's being stated, it will be the most realistic rally sim since Richard Burns Rally. Have to say I'm rather excited to try the full product when it comes out.

Didn't know there was a Dirt Rally. I have Dirt 3. I really should invest in a PC wheel...

I think it's made me realize all the more why I should invest in a decent gaming PC in general.

Well, that wasn't the plan, but... XD

Working on building a 4k rig. I'll also have extra parts from my parts car. If I get a PC wheel/pedal/shifter set, I can probably throw all of this together and make a slightly more realistic driving setup.

I haven't looked too far into it yet, but what would be cool is a six monitor gaming setup -- three front, three rear -- or at least four monitors -- three front, one rear. Definitely not necessary nor probably supported, but this way, you can theoretically turn around to see what's behind you instead of hitting a key to view behind.

Edit:

Now that I think about it, I do have a couple projectors. If I can find a empty, smooth, and white wall... 10ft screen at 1080? ohmy.gif

In due time, an Oculus might be a cheaper option.

True. I'm curious about how much support VR will be getting in the near future.

If I could get a proper VR setup for Phantom Pain, that'd be amazing.
