As Don said, it's just started last week. Look here for a full list of series that are airing, and start dates. Image size reduced, original size: 2000 x 4469. Click here to view the image in its original dimension.
Hahaha, you posted that literally one second before I made my post. I saw the first ep too and it does look great! A bit confusing at times, yes, but I'll be following it. This post has been edited by kyonpalm on Oct 6 2012, 08:57 AM

Are there anime series that ever had such a small amount of episodes? Maybe fifth stage will have several seasons that contains 6 episodes? |

FLCL was 6 episodes, IIRC. Normally, series that are that short are just called OVAs.

For those who remember Initial D episodes releases back in 4th stage at the time they only announced 14 episodes total in 2004 to 2005, and just showed the next 2 episodes on their website every 2 months until it finished up to 24 episodes. |

https://idforums.net/index.php?showtopic=44...dpost&p=1244652 EDIT: I don't use the twitter, so someone who uses that thing should probably do what it says on the bottom of the chart. It's still a much more complete, easy-to-read and accurate chart than the first one, but that is a pretty glaring mistake. Tweet the guy so he can fix it kthx. The new season looks good, but then again some series may prove to be disappointing halfway. For starter I would try Btooom, Zetsuen no Tempest, K, JoJo, Sukitte, and Psycho-pass. Of course, ID and Code Breaker are must-watches for me. |

GRRRR...YO! Apachai daio~!! Group: Advanced Members Posts: 3,369 Member No.: 1,533 Joined: Mar 28th 2004 Location: Update Profile | Watched the first episode of Code:Breaker, Little Busters, Ixion Saga DT and Btoom! last night, and out of those 4, I enjoyed Code: Breaker the most. Btoom! seems to have a very interesting setting, I like the fact they use bombs and nothing else but smarts to fight, but I have a feeling the main character is gonna annoy me more than make me root for him. Little Busters is enjoyable if you're looking for that "Slice of Life" series but I've got plenty of that with Chuunibyo. Though the dynamics between the group is interesting. Ixion Saga DT seems like a parody, that's not a parody of pretty much the fantasy genre itself, it seems to be a lot of fun and I'll keep watching. I squealed a little bit at the Monster Hunter reference at the beginning. Code:Breakers is a tough one, I liked it, but disliked it, I enjoyed it but I was annoyed that I did again, the setting is interesting, the male lead is refreshingly interesting, the dynamics between the characters we've been introduced to so far is interesting. But there's one thing that just irked me.

Because Elfen Lied. No, actually, it's just Ao no Exorcist S2. Bwahahaha. Little Bastards is a fun show, but I'm likely only watching it because it's Key and I love those guys. It also gives me an excuse to put off a full play-through of the game. BTOOOM! looks like it'll be interesting but it's still on my 3-episode-test list. I have decided, however, that during the next two episodes whenever a bomb goes off I will vocalize the BTOOOM! bit. It'll likely make watching it easier. Also saw Busou Shinki (pretty much exactly as expected there, though I now wish my toys would get up and sign for packages for me so I'd have less pink slips!) and Girls und Panzer (get Hiryuu's subs, Commie's are horrendous). Girls und Panzer is another three-episode-test series for me. I mean, I know that the same dude who worked on Strike Witches and Upotte! is on the team but... meh. We'll see. Ah, and the new Code Geass is pretty awesome though it'll be a lot better once we have a proper broadcast instead of the ugly PSN upscale stuff. Still have to give K, Onii-chan, Sukitte and PetKano a watch to see if I'll be following those. Planning on doing that soon, like within the next hour or so. I'm bored with nothing else to do at the moment so why not! Ah, but I see that today is gonna be AWESOME. Both PSYCHO-PASS and Robotics;Notes air today! WOOHOO!

Not sure what it is about, but I'll give it a try. Let's hope it's good enough to keep my interest past the third episode or so:P Tried some of the titles I mentioned, so far only Code Breaker, Zetsuen no Tempest and Sukitte look promising. CB is awesome, but the pace is going rather slow. With that much amount of shit that happened in the manga, it would probably take them like 50+ episodes to cover even half of everything. ZnT has gorgeous art, but the storyline isn't really to my liking. I'm watching for the art mostly. Sukitte would be another interesting shoujo anime. I don't watch shoujo usually (prefer reading mangas only) but this looks like it would be worth following. I don't think I would be following Psycho-pass anymore; it appears to be just another story overloaded with guns and bishonens, with a weak main female character. K was rather..... weird. Opening was cool and awesome, but some characters are annoying me a lot. I have yet to watch JoJo and Btoom. Will pass my judgment after I'm done with the first episodes.

The OST is great (reminds me of KamiMemo), the comedy is wonderful (if you get to the end of episode 2 you'll see what I mean) and, most importantly, NAKED CATGIRL. That's what really matters here. So yeah, I'm loving it. Finally watched Robotics;Notes. Quoting Quattro Bajeena constantly for the win, I'm enjoying it so far. Good stuff. |

GRRRR...YO! Apachai daio~!! Group: Advanced Members Posts: 3,369 Member No.: 1,533 Joined: Mar 28th 2004 Location: Update Profile | Robotics; Notes is definitely a lot of fun to watch. Can't wait for more. K is another I am for sure keeping up with. That last scene of the 2nd episode was hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing all the way through to the ED. Lets hope it keeps up the humor. Btooom! 3rd ep:
Psycho:Pass is interesting, I like the premise and starting the show off the way it did, IMO was genius, kept me interested and wanting to know who the heck those 2 unknowns are. Ixion Saga D.T...one word: unbalance

And Takehito Koyasu voicing Dio is just so evil!!! Another series I'm definitely following is Btooom. Good artwork, but the plot isn't entirely original though. It's like Sword Art Online meets The Hunger Games. Unless something major happens anytime soon, I can already see where this is heading. |

Yes, it was supremely awesome. I recognised his voice almost immediately, but I checked their Wiki website just to be sure. It makes me happy because Dio is already one of my fav characters from the first episode.
