Could be 132 for after you tune it up. Turn in early. Cutting is very important on irohazaka. Anyways, i usually take the first turn at 3rd then the next one braking in 4th. For the 2nd section I do 3rd gear for most of them. I can't take the jumps, so i off-accel drift through those turns, and take the later part of the 4th section in off-accel third. Now onto my problems. Bucket Hunter Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,115 Member No.: 1,064 Joined: Nov 28th 2003 Location: Chicago, Illinois | for pretty much any course your FD (spirit or type R) should be shifting at: 6.0>6.5>7.2>130 for iro. if you dont believe it look at the start intervals. 7.5 is waaay to high for the first few gears. best time right now is only a 2'43'8xx but i dont play iro much right now with the FD. so my advice is up to you to be taken or not. first turn i'd brake and gear down to 3rd but shift to 4th midway out exiting at about 102. right when the next turn comes up you should be around 118kph 2nd turn brake and gear down to 3rd again at about 98-100. you can take these first few in 4th but its easier in 3rd to make the turns a bit tighter and not touch the walls. 3rd turn brake at the yellow stripes and gear down to 3rd again. before you get there you should be at about 128 or higher. the rest you can figure out which to take in 4th or 3rd. best thing is cleanliness. the FD's 4th gear acceleration will make up for its slower exit/entry speed if you just keep it clean with a good line.
