On a computer | I don't know about New York but if you were in California, there are a number of places where they do wheel repair. If it's just scratches and not warped wheel they can probably do a good job resurfacing it. I doubt you can do anything without some shop machinery. At minimum a power sander and a preexisting knowledge on how to resurface your specific wheel will be required. Post pic? |
