Nice effects on the last piece... Was that edited or did you shoot it like that (I recall you're a big camera guy so I wouldn't be surprised if you caught a pic that looked like this).

it looks like the closest two cards are photoshoppped in place (the blur and the lighting would give it away), the other cards are most likely natural.

yeah the center two are faked. I did what I could to mimic the blur and lighting, but its REALLY hard to get it perfect. In a small size image, it's pretty convincing though. I tried for a while to get a good catch of cards in the air, but really wasn't satisfied with any of them. It was easy enough to do, so I just PS'd them in.
