Cause we have some users here stucking at B1 from CA. There could be reasons why u stuck at B1. All you need to do is to fill the gold and blue bar but possibly ur machine didnt have any network cause sega doesnt have it at ur residing area . You'd need to race against people online in order to fill up the gold bar to the right of the blue bar on the level meter in order to rank up. |

After a certain level, you'll require filling the gold bar and the blue bar and the good bar can only be increased/decreased by battling online.
