hey guys, recently I started taking my coworker with me to play ID5 after work. He decided to go with the EVO7.

Im trying to teach him how to play but im not sure if im giving him the right advice since I drive an FC (obviously an FC and EVO are very different).

Since I dont kno much about the game outside the FC, can u guys tell me some tips to pass along? Like would it be better to run grip or drift?, or is braking and downing still important in the evo?, before or during the turn?, etc..

btw he's super noob since this is his first play on ID lol.

I don't think I've ever played an ID game where the difference in drivetrain is drastic enough to make you change your overall driving style.

Your friend can drive his evo the same way you drive your FC. He just needs to time things differently, more like.
