Hello again~~ Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,054 Member No.: 21,309 Joined: Oct 26th 2006 Location: West Borneo, where the jungle lies | It's more similar to Kaido racer/battle, and the realistic driving feeling and i like it more compared to ID4 which is rev happy |

Underdog Nutcase Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,169 Member No.: 32,096 Joined: Mar 9th 2009 Location: Update Profile | Precision -- speed control and steering takes skill. no more steering wheel flicking or careless full throttle corners much better realism -- the understeer when too fast, oversteer easily when slow is much much more natural than what they had for AS4. No brake-cancel crap. pure skill, tires and strategy that anyone can discover for themselves. Variety in Time attacking-- choose your attacking points. Many speeds/lines to pass a corner that will affect later part of track. makes people make strategic decisions on where and how. Variety in driving -- TA and Battle are very different situations. Running like TA in battles is suicidal due to slow cornering making the driver vulnerable to forced overtaking. Disturb the other person's lines... (some FF purposely push me until i almost spun out on Tsukuba in a FR >_< need more practice...)... Strategy! Skill! Adaptability! Variety in cars -- drivetrains all feel significantly different. which means they have different capabilities especially in battles where attacking lines and points vary. makes it actually FUN to try different stuff on different cars. rather than more of the same. ------------------------------------------------ dont like the lack of volume controls. many people would like louder engines... but not loud menus (pain to the ear!)... thas about all i can think of up to now... I also like that i can get clothing and physical features for my character and then play dress-up with it on my phone. Normally my character has red hair and a red and white tank top. Now she has blue hair, a naughty look, and a jacket. My car is normally red with the bunta bumper and bunta muffler only. Now it's rally blue with zerosports parts. Oh, i also like how i can change my card name from my real name to "DEMON" and back whenever i want. |

逆天改命 Group: Members Posts: 316 Member No.: 32,391 Joined: Mar 29th 2009 Location: Update Profile | For me... Car feel -> I like how the game tries to have a different feel for cars. Not so true in v3 and definitely cars felt similar in v4 IMO. Not in ID5, ID5 has a subtle but significant difference for cars with the same drivetrain and definitely a more different feeling with cars with different drivetrains. TA -> Tire management, though I suck at it...but makes the game feel more interesting. To attack faster in this corner? Or risk slowing down my next checkpoint? All are important things to consider. Battles -> Well, driving like I am on TA works for now, since somehow the car behind gets a 'pushing' advantage. So yeah, battles are still kind of fine. Tuning -> It is a huge improvement over ID4. Huge. Could do with 2 tunings at one go though. Loving the game still. I hope that online starts for countries liek SG and HK... |

In IDAS4, you can drift into the corner while maintainig the high speed e.g. 4th gear. I also like the courses along with their course car, which made things simpler. |
