Cell phone.

No, I'm being serious. Unless you wanna go professional (expensive and relatively heavy and not pocket-sized), then a proper modern cell phone is all you'll need for photographs and video.

I used to have a Toshiba Camileo S10 as my pocket camcorder, but then I got an iPhone 4. The iPhone 4's camera is way better (even though the S10 advertises 1080p recording, it's really shitty).

So that's what I'd recommend. Upgrade your phone, reduce the number of gadgets you have to carry.
