Hi, I was wondering wich model kit of the eight-six trueno is the best. I think that this is the best ever made:

This one contains even the ae101 engine part.
My question is, wich is the best between this made by aoshima:

and this made by fujimi:

Marcopreto built the fujimi one. As I know they produced different series of model kits of the ae86 trueno. I think I'll buy the fujimi one too, I would like to begin with it, and then buy other cars, like the FD3S, FC3S, S13 and R32.

Hi:

My advice: Don't buy the Fujimi one!!! If you're looking for a 1/24 model Takumi's AE86, there is an Aoshima model that seems to be much better.

You can see Aoshima's instructions sheets over here:

http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10054632

I haven't built this kit yet, but I assure you it's much better than the Fujimi one (which I'm still working on - I've using a new body to do it again, as I messed up the paint job on the first one).

I hope it helps.
