Hello,

I was wondering if with ID7 had anyone run into a similar issue that happens to some of us. The issue would be there is a sort of seem that starts forming on the side of the card around where the rank is. Its like if when the machine was printing the card from after the session it seems to not cool down and gets spit out with that wrinkled line. It still saves but there are times where it gets jammed in the machine as well as the card seems to get dirty over time. Anyone have experience seeing this and know of any solutions that can be done to either fix the card and remove the wrinkle or something?

Have never seen this problem personally.

I think there's an IC Reader cleaning option in the Test Mode that you can try and see whether it fixes the machine. You'lll need the arcade's permission though since you need access to the coin box to access it.

Good to know hopefully it at least helps in making the card not get darker seeing as one of our guys cards is nearly black
