Hi guys! I'm a bit new to the ID scene (haven't really played since AS3) and am excited to start ID8.

I have reached Spec 5 (so I generally know how to make a car and select menu stuff etc.) on 1.2 ver-B machines but have a few questions:

1. Can I get titles again by playing the same stage?

2. For stages that rewarded me with Character Parts Gauge, can I spam them for the reward or are the rewards one time?

3. Though the machine I use seems to stop at FULL SPEC, what's the difference between EX SPEC and EX FULL SPEC on the newer updated machines?

4. I generally know how BA and BC work, but when is it better to use one over the other? I think I see BC more often on like Irohazaka and BA on Akina but I'm still pretty confused. I heard that BA isn't even a thing until FULL SPEC or higher.

Thanks in advance! biggrin.gif

1. I'm not sure but I don't think so. Some titles are statistics based than stage based so keep that in mind.

2. You only get Character Parts for completing the meter. Sometimes you'll get like a big boost to the gauge and I believe this is one time, but just playing will fill the meter.

3. Very little difference. In time attack I don't think there is even one. In online battles though I think you get more boost and slightly higher max speed. While I'm pretty ExFull helps you, it's not something that a little bit of extra skill cannot overcome unlike the original tuning classes Spec 1-FullSpec where the performance difference is so large to overcome. The physics system for FullSpec, ExSpec and FullSpec are exactly the same so something like a technique that applies to one will apply to the other. This is not like the earlier tuning classes where it's a system that's changing and evolving thus techniques for higher classes are not applicable.

4. It can be a thing earlier but it's not necessarily. It starts become usable in later Spec 5. One isn't generally better than the other all the time since it depends on the corner. Both are generally important basic techniques that you would need though. I think once you get to FullSpec and get to practice the final physics, you'll get to play around with them and get a better intrinsic feel.
