it sucks

it costs the same amount of $$$ to mod a ps2 mini as a new ps2 sad.gif

doubt i'll be modding it anytime soon, 250$ (aud) just for one game ain't worth it

Im sorry if this is consider old post to bump it but i have a question which is: If i download this game and burn it into a DVD do i need my PS2 to be modified to play it? or just do something to the DVD in order to play it, again sry for "bumping" it.

What's a slider. I too am interested in downloading this game to play on my ps2 but I don't want to mod it. Also where can i get a slider? Sorry if it sounds newb-ish I kinda fell out of the ps2 scene a while ago.

I dl it, tried burning it 3 times now using Fuji-film DVD+R media, I used Alcohol 120 and nero and none of them work. Im using a fliptop with Magic Swap 3.3. Any suggestions? I was able to get kaido battle to work using the same media. Should I delete the iso file and redownload?

Its similiar to the fliptop mod, no soldering needed, get the fliptop, it changes the cover so you can change the disk out without pushing the "eject" button. You use a swap disc that allows you to play backups. The slider is similiar but you force the tray out so you can swap the disc

swap magic only plays ORIGINAL uh... import games, so you need the original disc of Initial d and not a burned copy or mod ps2

Don't use DVD+R as most modded PS2s have trouble reading them, use DVD-R instead.

Of course, if you have read the PS2 burning thread, you'd have already known this.
