Since this is the music section I need to ask something:

Which format is music played on in a regular car cd-player?

Can you convert mp3 format into that format?

Thanks in advance happy.gif

A regular CD format file is a file with an extension of *.cda

Yes you can convert mp3 to a CD format. Just download some MP3 to CD programs. In that case, I use a program called MP3 CD Maker 1.31.

Or just get a MP3 player for the car! happy.gif

With most burner programs it will automatically convert it to the right format if you tell it it's going to be an audio CD.

Before I got Nero 5.0 I had to use Adaptec Easy CD Creater 3.5 (old I know) to burn my music. I converted the mp3s into a wav file then burned the cd as an audio cd. It did everything for me.

just make sure than when you burn it you make sure its an audio CD, if you burn it as a data CD, you will end up with a CD full of MP3's, still very usefell coz u can fit SO many songs on it, however its usless in most car stereos
