Mesa (Quantum) in Manila and @ Gateway Mall (Timezone) in Quezon City. They're the best I've been playing with, though I've seen crappy machines @ SM San Lazaro and SM Manila (both Quantum) and in Blue Wave Mall in Marikina (IDK the gaming spot name).
