Hello fans of "Right Now" by Dark Angel.

In fact, a lot of people should be fan of this song since it has been included on Initial D Fourth Stage. But, guys, I have a question for you. I you EVER wondered why the song was dubbed "Euro Power Mix"? Maybe you are thinking that it does not matter and this version was the original one.

Well, I have a declaration now for you guys.

It is NOT the original version! This is really a remix!

So, without further ado, here is a download of the REAL original version!

MP3 320 : http://www.zshare.net/file/cr6al1
FLAC : http://www.zshare.net/file/1wc79a

Now, enjoy! (and don't question where I got this... just enjoy.)

Interesting. It seems slightly stripped down, compared to the original. It's not too big a difference, but I think the order of the composition is the biggest change. I like it.

I have to say it's quite different. The guy's voice sounds louder compared to the remix version. Also the "Run Away" part, didn't really like that, but still awesome nevertheless.
IMO,both original and remixed version sounds great happy.gif

I happen to love that song, so thank you very much for this.

I love both versions but I prefer the remix. I'll still try my best to get use to the original version though. Thanks for sharing Lebon14!

This is one of my favourite songs from 4th Stage and it's brilliant to hear this version. It sounds cleaner, but my preference is still with the Euro Mix. Thanks very much for sharing.

Anyway, I enjoy this version much more than the remix!

I agree completely. I only care what album the original version taken?

This is much better than the remix.

By the way is there any other songs released from these guys?

I really like to buy them but I have no information sad.gif

For some reason, I recall hearing that they were a metal band that had recorded Right Now with Delta as a eurobeat kind of crossover. I don't know if their other work is searchable, but as far as eurobeat is concerned, I don't think they did anything else.

The vocals are Gianluca Barbieri, Stefania Martin (aka, Stephy, Stephy Martini, now with Dima Music).

For the man, I don't really know. I tried googling a bit but I couldn't find any information whatsoever beside that this facebook :
http://it-it.facebook.com/gianluca.barbieri.39
could be his.

Beside that, as far as I would want another song from this duet, I don't think that's gonna happen anymore.

I actually tried looking for this before and failed. Thanks for the upload and info!

I like the idea of eurobeat moving in heavier or newer directions, let's see if we can see some more of this stuff in Stage 5.

I was browsing through Eurobeat Prime and found a tad bit info on the male vocalist.
It seems that he's also the lead vocalist for a Italian band called D-SWOON
Dark Angels

Why do you say that? He didn't preface it with 'arcade' so I don't think anyone was confused.

Well out of all the things Initial D, the only one that has "stage 5" in it is the arcade stage...

But yeah, no one will get confused because IDAS5 is out years ago...

I was always curious to know what the original version of this song sounded like. To be honest, I'm really surprised that the original isn't that different from the remix. Aside from the obvious that one song came before the other (original then remix), the remix seems to a complete rearrangement of the song and sounds more "complete". However, the original song sounds amazing - anger and bitter sorrow mixed into a soothing but rough sound. You get a chance to hear Stefania Martin's vocals clearly and she sounds so amazing on the original track. The way Martin's and Barbieri's voices intertwine in this song is amazing.

Interesting find Lebon, thanks for sharing smile.gif
