Because all the tracks there are available as they are on CD. It's not really anything new, just a mix of SEB edits with some extended versions. I made a retag of the files and converted them to AAC 320kbps CBR from the flac files from K1RZA's FTP using foobar2000 as though it would be purchased on mora.jp or recochoku (I think they use CBR.
