ok ive got a GC8 and its tuned like this 7-0-3-0-2 only just did the 7 the other day on my last play and ive tried and tried to beat takumi but no luck i can hold him most of the way up the hill without using the gutters because i cant seem to use them properly.


so can anyone give me tips on what mod to do next or some tips?

You werent very clear on what exactly you need help on. The general answer is to just stay off the walls and brake.

Assuming you're problem is on the downhill, Takumi gives you some breathing room during the straights and a little into the first few turns. He will however, get a speed boost in which case you will most likley get passed. This wears off near the final pins where he slows to a relative crawl, then speeds up again right before the finish.

What kind of time are you running, just to give us a general idea?

make sure you go through the rollarcoaster in 4th gear and stay close i passed him on the final corner
