I'm really happy that at least one person will be happy that I'll create steps for eurobeat songs, cheeseman!

Virginelle - Lovin' Like A Fire is done!!

Steps :
Light : 4
Medium : 6
Hard : 8

But I won't release one by one. I will release pack of 50 songs. So you'll have to wait.

P.S ; Eurobeat steps are NOT for beginners. Steps starts at Light.

I'm fine with most 8-footers on pad, so this seems just perfect for me. grin2.gif

EDIT: I think I'm quite good at Photoshop - check this out.
This is my simfile which won DDRExtreme.co.uk's World Tour contest, I made all the graphics myself. happy.gif

Oh great! But the animation distracts the player I think... but you are great on Photoshop, I hire you for making the graphics. But no animation!

Just wanted you to know I think you're doing an awesome job with this.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to request anything...but.. since There's already a stepfile made for Dr. Love - Eurobeat and some others would there be any chance you could make one for "Mega NRG Man - Back on the Rocks"? since the person who made the only simfile for that failed horribly. shifty2.gif

Good job on the graphics too. smile.gif I'm currently working on one (started last December, actually...) of "Make Your Move" by Van TK and Kiki & Fancy (SEB161) but never got around to finishing it. Maybe I'll work on it and share it here too.

I've made around twenty SM/DWIs based off of eurobeat, but I usually only make heavy/challenge steps and no backgrounds, unless I'm sure it's a keeper. I entered Max Coveri - Running in the 90s into DDRei TournaMix 5, and Niko - Pilot Is The Hero into DDRei TournaMix 6 (as well as Marko Polo - Stop Your Self Control, under my sister's account). Let me know if you want any advice or you want to share files.

I make Light (always), Standard (90% of the time) & Hard or Challenge

If I don't make Standard, I will make both Hard and Challenge.

For Light, the steps are usally between 3 and 5 included.
For Standard, the steps are usally between 5 and 8 included.
For Hard, the steps are usually between 7 and 10* included.
For Challenge (Oni), the steps are ussually between 9 and 15.

For reference :

For Beginner, the steps are usually between 1 and 3.

How do I work :

Actually, when the song is in an intrumental part, the arrows are there according to the beat. On eurobeat, there is so much beat that every beat is full of arrows. On vocal part, the arrows are there timed according to the pitch of the vocal. I put jumps when I feel it's fitting with the song or lyrics. But, sometimes, by error, there is some left after the first recording...

What is your e-mail? I will e-mail you my "Boom Boom Fire".
Steps :
Light : 5
Hard : 8
Challenge : 10

* have you tried to put a song Hard with '10' as footer? If no, the song banner at right become black & red.

1) Dancing Wipeout has a lot of Eurobeat songs in his releases... look at his site.

http://ddrmulhouse.free.fr/W1p3out_simfile...pEout_v2_0.html

2) I see that ur doing a PAD pack (not for Stepmania's Keyboard players). I saw a thread for a Keyboard Eurobeat Pack in DDRFreak (http://www.ddrfreak.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=119062) Maybe someone would like to contribute...

Anyways... Good luck with your "pad" pack and let's see how it's going.
C ya!
