wow....if i ever did that at my arcade, i'd get my a$$ kicked out of the arcade. It's nice hearing that you've found a way to bypass a card jam.

The reason I ask is because I went to the arcade today and found that someone had a card jam on inspection. It was stuck at "Please remove invalid card" or something like that and the gray screen of death said "card reader jam." |

One card reader on the machine that I just got simply doesn't put enough pressure on the stack of cards when there is only a few left (around 15 cards or so). Drop in a new stack of cards and it behaves fine. Now I just need to get off my lazy ass and see if I can transplant the seats from a Super GT into an Initial D machine so I can have six speakers and a sub when I play. Prolly not though, don't think the Naomi 2 boards have a sub-woofer hook-up. |

2.0? wtf is that? Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,754 Member No.: 6,414 Joined: Mar 30th 2005 Location: Update Profile | what you do is hit the card reader and keep pressing the view/start buttons. hitting the card reader may slide out the card a little, enough for it to go into the right spot. |

Heard of it but from what I hear it is very risky too. U either end up with two of the same card or it is gone
