They SUCK. With the car already lighten to the point where it hard to control, the wheels make it painful in wet/snow. I'm a grip person and when I realized it, i was pissed. I might go back to my evo7 for a bit and try to swap out the wheels. Otherwise, its a fun car to train on =D Once I get my Evo4 to around where I left my Evo7, i'm gonna compare it with all the maps and see the difference. So far from experience, the Evo7 is comparable with a R34 in a sense. Iro's performance was so-so, but do able. Tsuchi (one of my main 3 maps) was surprisingly hard for me with this car. Everything else...I kinda forgot =P |

it could be both. u u shouldnt be breaking THAT much. i cant remember which turns i break, and it also be ur hitting the walls too much or too hard. try practicing on only doing little taps first instead of big hits. and go from there. lol i never got 3:10 in my life

for someone just starting on iro, u should take everything in 3rd. i dont think the evo3 is capable of taking turns in 4th like the evo4 can and not hit anything nor brake.

[edit ps] the turns i brake on are; 1st turn [hard] 2nd turn [tap] 3rd turn [hard feint] 5th turn [tap] 8th turn [tap] 13th [hard] jumps 2nd turn after jumps [tap] .. i think thats it. The evoIV seems to be easier to control and is more stable. I also notice that the evoIV doesn't suffer from wheel lock. |
