It's achieved after completing Spec 5 on your car's performance. On the older versions of D8 it's called Full Spec. You can tune ExSpec even further into ExFullSpec, but there is either no or little performance increase from doing this and it's also really really expensive. For the most part, ExSpec will be enough. Basically yes, tune your car up until ExSpec level (which is called Full Spec on the older versions, Sega added a new tier that doesn't do much a year ago). It's extremely vital whether you'are online or offline. Basically the tuning levels go like this: Normal Spec 1 Spec 2 Spec 3 Spec 4 Spec 5 ExSpec (called Full Spec in older versions) <----- ExFull Spec This post has been edited by SonicSP on Dec 17 2016, 10:16 AM |
