All these weird english songs in Initial D, they're call Eurobeat.
Eurobeat can be found on many games such as DDR, PPP, PF, GF, BM, etc~

If you race on usui on the staright going towards the tunnel look at the building before the left into the tunnel, you can see the sign of the resturant, you know the one where Cole (Iketani)(iketani)meets mako(maya). And If you race akina up hill at the end you can see the tower next to where they all hang out.

On my plates it say 16*957, bUNTAS PLATES 13*954, PRETTY CLOSE if you ask me only 3 away on both numbers.
