Reading is magic! Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,601 Member No.: 30,700 Joined: Sep 24th 2008 Location: Philippines | A recent obsession with Cold Air intakes has commanded me to post this. More customization on our tuning. Give us different sets of parts that are of equivalent level. I dont want my RX8 to sound like every other ( however rare ) SE3P out there, and I want it to be more grippy than drifty and vice versa. Kyoko / Keisuke's turbine is a good example. Expand on that so cars are even MORE unique. Edit: To HELL with turbo. Extra Rotor tuning option for the NA RE's plox. >.> This post has been edited by DigiBunny on Jun 7 2009, 07:21 AM |

IDW God Member Group: Members Posts: 155 Member No.: 9,723 Joined: Jul 5th 2005 Location: San Diego, CA | from what ive been reading about v5, there isnt really much to improve on in terms of new additions. any more additions to initial d will just be WAY TOO MUCH for an arcade game. improvements? yes. additions? no. this game is meant to be played in the arcade room by kids/teens. |

^ Irohazaka Snow Foggy Night? Cool. more ideas: Ghost car battle. USB Extension for playing song from Ipod or USB Flashdisk (if SEGA too lazy too add more song tracks selection, we can add it ourselves). Longer and more accurate story mode. Cheaper playing cost but more expensive license card More slot in garage (6 should be enough). Mods (or whoever in charge) could round up the ideas in this thread and mail it to SEGA. Maybe if we're lucky, several ideas listed here get implemented | ||

IDW Goddess Member Group: Members Posts: 462 Member No.: 32,583 Joined: Apr 12th 2009 Location: on your computer screen :] | the USB thing would be great! i could listen to anything i want but,the price of the game is up to the arcade, not sega its $1 to play V3 here, and i heard 50 and 75 cents elsewhere across the country though,i wouldnt show support for a longer story like WMMT2 and up has |

Reading is magic! Group: Advanced Members Posts: 2,601 Member No.: 30,700 Joined: Sep 24th 2008 Location: Philippines | ^^ Heck why wait? Let's all go learn Japanese and then pester Sega until they listen. We learn something cool AND make an effort to get what we want. Win/Win. Then again, that would be IF Sega recognizes us as a legitimate source of information. We're fans. We could look stupid and whiny in their eyes. I have to disagree with the USB. (VIRUS SPREAD anyone? ) Plus it'd be a difficult task to make a whole new system that selects your music for probably oh...what....1 course? Not worth the effort; just wear earphones. I dont see anything wrong with the seat...Isnt it common sense to get off the game once in a while so your body can recover? Extended gameplay IS unhealthy... Remember that Sega will most likley implement changes if it yields more profit than the effort spent on it...So PRAY D5 kicks MT's ass and sends it running back for an upgrade in the next two years. |
